More Love, Less Ego is the fifth studio album by Nigerian superstar Wizkid. It was released on 11 November 2022 through RCA Records and Starboy Entertainment. The album features guest appearances from Ayra Starr, Skillibeng, Shenseea, Skepta, Naira Marley, and Don Toliver.

Wizkid remains a prominent figure in the modern-day Afrobeats music scene, Wizkid is regarded as one of the biggest and most influential African artists of all time.

Although the album was released last year, it still maintains its trend and position in the trending albums currently.

5. Omah Lay – Boy Alone

6. Olamide – Unruly

YBNL Records general and multiple award-winning rapper, Olamide who has been a legend in the industry enlisted himself with the trends with his tenth career album work. The album guarantees melodic anthems, progressing into a collection of hits that pack his trademark flows, braggadocio, and captivating melody.

Olamide is one of the most influential artists in Africa, he has been instrumental in the launching of the careers of several Afrobeats music stars. He records in Yoruba and English.

Olamide’s sophomore album, “Unruly,” was packed with 15 tracks and featured guest appearances from Rema, CKay, Fireboy DML, Bnxn, and Asake.

7. BNXN – Sincerely, Benson

“Sincerely, Benson” is a project that showcased Bnxn’s versatility, artistry, and creativity in a universal dimension. The Afro-fusion; Afrobeats crooner, delivered his chart-recognized album ‘Sincerely Benson’ which houses 15 tracks and appearances from 2Baba, Kizz Daniel, Headie One, Seyi Vibez, Popcaan, and taves.

8. Seyi Vibez – Vibe Till Thy Kingdom Come

Yet another Nigerian vibrant singer and songwriter, Seyi Vibez who is known for his breakthrough single “Chance” from his second studio album Billion Dollar Baby which debuted at No. 19 on the UK Afrobeats singles chart and peaked number 7 on the TurnTable Top 100 chart.

Seyi Vibez gained further recognition following his groovy and raving sophomore album dubbed ‘Vibe Till Thy Kingdom Come’, the album was later accompanied by its deluxe edition or part 2 titled ‘Thy Kingdom Come’.

9. Mohbad – Blessed

Nigerian deceased rapper, singer, and songwriter, Mohbad otherwise known as Imole left us behind with a memorable well-curated body of work project. The project was officially an extended play project which consisted of six songs. The body of work ‘Blessed’ might not have made enough noise upon release but later found itself on the list of top trending albums/ep to date.

10. OdumoduBlvck – EZIOKWU

Nigerian rapper, singer, and songwriter Tochukwu Gbubemi Ojogwu, popularly known as OdumoduBlvck. He is known for his stage performances and genre-blend. Odumodublvck is a member of the hip-hop collective Anti World Gangstars.

He earned his first chart entry and recognition on the Nigeria Top 100. On 23 January 2023, he ranked number 4 on TurnTable’s NXT Emerging Top Artistes. In 2023, Def Jam Recordings signed an exclusive deal with Odumodublvck upon the release of EZIOKWU mixtape. He is also the head-honcho of NATIVE Records.

Moreover, after disturbing media platforms with his glorifying album scheme ‘EZIOKWU’ he unleashed the deluxe edition which he titled ‘EZIOKWU (UNCUT)’.
